Eldorado Jewellers is committed to complete customer satisfaction.

 

  • Customer must notify us within 5 Hours after he/she has received the parcel (immediately) via email info@eldoradojewellers.co.za that he/she wants to return the item and the reason for the return.
  • Within 3 days the item needs to be insured and couriered to us (at the customers cost) in the same packaging as received – making sure that everything is properly secure.
  • Eldorado Jewellers cannot be held responsible for the package or the contents once it is couriered by the customer
  • Once the items have been received and assessed your refund will be generated in the next 3 days.
  • Refunds will only be done if the jewellery is received in its original state (no scratch marks) and that the item has not been worn
  • Strictly no returns on custom made items as well as noserings, toerings or earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  • Unfortunately we do not offer an option for custom sizes on our rings.
  • Our Jewellery is guaranteed for Gold content and NOT for breakage or loss of stones.
